5、 Working principle
The equipment relies on the principle of high-speed centrifugal shot blasting to complete the surface cleaning of workpieces. The automated operation process is efficient and closed-loop, and the operating principle is stable and reliable: compliant workpieces are sent into the cleaning room through the feeding mechanism. After the equipment is started, the track roller drives the workpiece to continuously and uniformly flip. At the same time, the high-power shot blasting machine rotates at high speed, throwing the bullets at high speed to form a dense beam of bullets, uniformly striking the surface of the workpiece in all directions, and quickly completing rust removal, oxide scale removal, sand cleaning, and surface strengthening operations.
During the homework process, the dropped pellets and sand particles fall into the bottom screening structure through the small holes of the rubber track, and are transported to the elevator by the screw conveyor, where they are lifted to the separator to achieve precise separation of pellets and sand.
