This complete production line integrates advantages of similar domestic and overseas equipment, reaching advanced international technical level with PLC automatic control system.

Blasting derusting section: Equipped with high-efficiency blast wheels and full curtain abrasive separator;
Cleaning section: Adopts heavy-duty nylon roller brushes and three-stage high-pressure air cleaning device;
Preheating & drying section: Supports multiple heating modes for flexible use;
Painting section: Equipped with high-pressure airless spraying system.

It is specially designed for full-process surface treatment of steel plates and various profiles, covering preheating, shot blasting derusting, painting and drying. It can also conduct shot blasting cleaning and surface strengthening for metal structural parts.
