This roller pass-through shot blaster is specially designed for stress relief and rust removal of large I-beams, H-beams and high-rise steel structural components.
During operation, electrically controlled variable-speed roller conveyors feed steel structures and steel materials into the blasting zone inside the cabinet. All surfaces of workpieces are impacted and rubbed densely by high-speed shots from multiple directions, which rapidly strips oxide scale, rust and dirt. The steel surface forms a clean finish with uniform roughness. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded through roller channels at both inlet and outlet outside the blasting cabinet.
Shots and rust dust left on the workpiece surface are blown off by air sweeping devices. The mixed shot-dust residues fall into the hopper and are transported by horizontal & vertical screw conveyors to the bottom of the bucket elevator, then lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. Clean separated shots fall into the storage hopper for cyclic blasting reuse.
Dust generated during blasting is extracted to the dust removal system via exhaust ducts. Purified clean air is discharged to the atmosphere, while granular dust is captured and collected.
Qingdao Kechang Machinery supplies complete H-beam shot blasting equipment, installation, commissioning and full after-sales service.
