Shot blasting machines belong to industrial heavy machinery equipment. Standardized daily maintenance can effectively reduce equipment failure rates, extend equipment service life, stabilize operational accuracy, and significantly reduce maintenance costs and downtime losses for enterprises. Qingdao Kechang Machinery has compiled comprehensive and easy-to-use daily maintenance standards for its customers, applicable to the entire range of shot blasting machine equipment.

1. Daily pre shift inspection: Before starting up, check whether the doors and sealing strips of the equipment are intact to prevent air and dust leakage; Check whether the shot blasting machine, motor, and fan are normal, and whether there is any abnormal noise or jamming; Check if the projectile storage is sufficient and replenish it promptly if it is insufficient; Check if the dust removal system pipes and filter cartridges are unobstructed and free from blockage or damage.
2. Standardized operation in homework: strictly follow the equipment operating procedures for starting, running, and stopping, prohibit overloading operations, and prohibit unauthorized parameter debugging; During the homework process, pay attention to the sound of equipment operation, dust status, and ejection effect. If any abnormalities occur, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment with faults.
3. Post shift cleaning and maintenance: After daily work, clean up residual dust and debris inside the equipment, and unclog the projectile circulation system; Clean the workshop work area to avoid dust accumulation; Turn off the power and gas sources, and ensure proper dust protection for the equipment.
4. Regular deep maintenance: Weekly inspection of vulnerable parts such as shot blasting blades, dividing wheels, and directional sleeves, and timely replacement if they are severely worn; Check the motor bearings and transmission components monthly, add lubricating oil, tighten equipment screws and pipeline interfaces; Comprehensively inspect the dust removal system, control system, and circulation system every quarter, calibrate equipment operating parameters, and ensure accurate equipment operation.
5. Replacement of accessories specifications: Equipment vulnerable parts should use original factory compatible accessories to avoid equipment failure and accuracy decline caused by inferior accessories; Establish equipment maintenance ledger, record maintenance time, inspection content, and replacement of parts, and achieve standardized operation and maintenance management.
