Product Introduction：
QXY series roller conveyor pretreatment lines are specially designed for surface treatment of steel plates and profiles.They effectively improve corrosion resistance and fatigue performance of metal workpieces, extending their service life, and complete automatic anti-corrosion painting on workpiece surfaces.
The whole line adopts PLC control with dual operation systems: computer and button console. It supports fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions. The full automatic workflow covers loading, transverse shifting, preheating, shot blasting cleaning, sweeping, painting, drying and unloading, with easy operation. It is an ideal complete automatic equipment for rust removal, welding slag cleaning, stress relief and anti-corrosion coating of steel plates and profiles.
